During his meeting with the Minister of Public Works and Housing in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Yahia Al-Kasabi and his accompanying delegation, Maan expressed his happiness with the increase in the bonds of cooperation between Iraq and its Arab brothers and the expansion of work fields after the approval of the budget and the inclusion of projects by the Ministry of Planning, since the financial allocations are on the verge of launching.
A statement of the Baghdad Municipality quoted the Maan as saying: "The meeting that brought us together with the important delegation from the Jordanian side included inviting them to enter the labor market by participating in competition with other Arab and Iraqi companies to implement projects of the Municipality of Baghdad in its various fields."
He also called on all Arab and Iraqi companies and contractors to compete to implement projects in various fields in the sewage, water, roads and bridges sectors to advance the reality of the capital Baghdad again.
He indicated that "this meeting comes within the prime minister's vision and directives to strengthen and increase cooperation with Arab countries."
The Jordanian delegation included representatives of the public and private sectors, and the meeting was attended by the Mayor of Baghdad and a number of general managers. / End
