The CTS carries out two operations in northern Baghdad and Kirkuk
Baghdad / NINA / - According to the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the Anti-Terrorism Service carried out two specific operations north of Baghdad and in Kirkuk.
The CTS stated in a statement: "The first operation was carried out in northern Baghdad (Al-Tarmiyah), in which (3) terrorists were arrested and an explosive belt and other explosive materials were seized.
The statement added: Another operation was carried out in (Wadi Al-Shay) in Kirkuk Governorate, which resulted in the destruction of several hideouts belonging to the terrorist ISIS gangs.
The CTS stressed that: "There is no region in beloved Iraq that the heroes of the Anti-Terrorism Service cannot reach and carry out their operations in, and we will continue to pursue the remnants of terrorist gangs in every inch of the homeland." / End
