Kirkuk /NINA/ – Minister of Interior Yasser Al-Maliki met today with a group of journalists and media professionals at the Kirkuk branch headquarters of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate.
He praised the noble national mission undertaken by the press community, highlighting its active role as a voice for truth and a "free pen" that contributes to fostering public awareness and safeguarding civil peace.
During the meeting, the Minister emphasized that the media sector serves as a strategic partner and a source of support for the security services.
