بغداد / نينا / اكد رئيس حزب السيادة خميس الخنجر والسفير البريطاني لدى العراق ستيفن هيتشن ، ضرورة فتح أبواب الاستثمار أمام الشركات البريطانية؛ بما يضمن نهضة البلاد العمرانية ومواكبة التقدم العالمي في ثورة البناء الحديثة؛ فضلا عن تطوير العلاقات الثقافية بين البلدين.

وتطرق الخنجر ، خلال لقائه السفير البريطاني ، إلى أزمة انتخاب رئيس مجلس النواب؛ متفائلا باقتراب الخروج من الأزمة وملء الفراغ التشريعي الذي يعد مخالفة قانونية بحسب ما أقرته المحكمة الاتحادية، منوها الى وجود رغبة لدى أغلبية القوى السياسية لمعالجة هذه الإشكالية.

بدوره ، ثمن السفير البريطاني جهود تقريب وجهات النظر بين الشركاء السياسيين في العراق من أجل إنهاء الخلافات وتقديم الخدمات للشعب العراقي./انتهى5
