بغداد / نينا / أصدرت محكمة جنايات ميسان حكماً بالسجن المؤبد بحق تاجر مخدرات عن جريمة الاتجار بالمواد المخدرة.

واوضح المركز الإعلامي لمجلس القضاء الأعلى في بيان :" أن "المدان ضبط بحوزته كيلو غرامين من مادة الكرستال المخدرة كان يهدف إلى ايصالها لأحدى المحافظات لقاء مبلغ مالي".

وأضاف أن "الحكم صدر وفقاً لأحكام المادة 28/اولاً من قانون المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية رقم 50 لسنة 2017"./انتهى3
