بغداد / نينا / اصدرت محكمة جنايات الكرخ حكما بالسجن لمدة عشر سنوات بحق مدان عن جريمة انتحال صفة موظف في مكتبي رئيسي الوزراء والجمهورية.

وذكر المركز الاعلامي لمجلس القضاء الاعلى في بيان :" ان المدان ، اضافة الى انتحاله صفة موظف في مكتبي رئيسي الوزراء والجمهورية، انتحل ايضاً صفة ضابط برتبة لواء في وزارة الدفاع".

وأضاف أن "الحكم صدر استناداً لأحكام القرار ١٦٠ لسنة ١٩٨٣ الفقرة اولاً/ ١ منه"./انتهى3
