General Mahalawi assumes his post Commander of Anbar Operations

Ramadi (NINA) – Security source in Anbar province announced that General Mordhy al-Mahalawi has officially assumed his post Commander of Anbar Operations, succeeding General Tariq al-Azzawi, who is transferred to another post at the Ministry of Defence.

Before assuming his new post, Gen. Mahalawi was the Commander of Thi-Qar Operations, overlooking the military and police forces there. / End.
