Baghdad/ NINA /--Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki accused Kurdistan for derailing the negotiation process to manage the security file in the disputed areas.
He said in a press conference today: "The agreement, which took place between the center and the province provides that Kurdish Peshmerga forces and Central forces assume on equal protection of common areas despite the fact that this is unconstitutional, although Kurdistan demanded that five brigades of Kurdish forces stay in these areas and not to keep any brigade belonging to the central Government , stressing this is not possible and is an encroachment on the Constitution.
On the other hand he pointed out that "the new committee to contract for Russian arms will leave in the coming days to Russia to amend the contract and sign it," noting that "the contract has not been signed so far and that the suspicions of corruption which is still unknown .
As for A-Dabbagh issue , al-Maliki explained : "The decision to dismiss the government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh and end his contract is linked to the issue of Russian arms./End"
