Ramadi (NINA) – Two soldiers wounded when an improvised explosive device went off on Monday, Oct. 29, in Baghdadi district, western Anbar province.
Source at Anbar Operations told NINA that an improvised explosive device emplaced on the side of the road in the slop of Horan Valley went off when a military patrol was approaching.
He added that the blast resulted in wounding two soldiers, who are rushed to hospital, and damaging the patrol's vehicle.
He added that police and military force closed the area in anticipation of the presence of more explosives in the vicinity. / End.
