Karbala / NINA / the police of Anti-Crime Directorate in Karbala freed a kidnapped girl and arrested her kidnappers.

Maj. Gen. Ahmed Zwaini, the general manager of police in Karbala told the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "The operation took place after receiving a tip from the girl's family, reporting her disappearance, her image was circulated to the checkpoints, and set a number of ambushes until we knew where she was kept."

He added: "The force raided the place and arrested the kidnapper, and freed the hijacked and handed her over to their relatives." / End
