Security
Police in Samawa free hostages and arrest their kidnapers .

Samawa / NINA / Muthanna province police chief, Major General Kazim Abu Hail al-Jiashi said that the security forces managed to free a number of hostages of Baghdad province.

He told / NINA / that "intelligence information obtained by our security and in cooperation with the citizens said that kidnapped people are existed in the Mamlaha area / 35 kilometers north of Samawa" indicating that "the security force raided the den and freed the captives who are from Baghdad."

He added "The raid force arrested the kidnappers who confessed to the crime; their words were taken judicially and they have been referred to the courts to be punished ./ End
