Baghdad/ NINA /-- Independent MP Hassan Alawi said : "The Electoral Commission is not independent but is supposed to adopt independent resolutions .

He went to say in a statement to NINA today : "Who is excluded from the nomination for the High Independen Electoral Commission is the independent person, and this mechanism lead us to reality saying that Those to be selected to the membeship of th HIEC are only the partisans of the dominant parties and there is no independent person or technocrats, Therefore , we believe that the level of performance in the state is weak having modest experience./ End
