A source in the office of al-Hakim told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that "Hakim's visit to Sulaimaniyah is to congratulate the President Talabani after a successful therapeutic journey, in addition to attend the meeting of the three presidencies."
Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki had visited Sulaymaniyah yesterday to offer congratulations to the President after return from his therapeutic trip. /End
