Diyala / NINA / three soldiers were wounded today when a roadside bomb went off northeast of Baquba.

A security source said to the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that "the army patrol was subjected to a roadside bomb while passing in the main road leading to Saadia of Khanaqin northeast of Baquba, injuring three of the members of the patrol, including a captain."

He added that " the injured were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment as a military force imposed a security cordon around the scene. / End
