Sunday first day of Fit Eid in Kurdistan

Baghdad (NINA) – Kurdistan region's High Committee to Observe the Crescent announced that tomorrow, Sunday, will be the first of the holy Fitr Eid.

A statement issued on Saturday, Aug. 18, said that on Saturday evening the Crescent has been observed, therefore Sunday is the first day of Fitr Eid.

In its statement, the Committee extended its congratulations to Iraq's Moslems on the arriving of the holy Fitr Eid. / End.
