Dohuk / NINA / the manager of the Department of Immigration and Migration in Dohuk said that the number of Syrian refugees to the Kurdistan region is up to 11,500 refugees, noting that the number is rising.
Mohammed Abdullah Hammu said in a press statement that "the region set up Dumez camp for Syrian refugees, which contains all the necessary supplies." He noted that "the Kurdistan Government has allocated more than two million dollars to serve the camp, and Dohuk province spent more than (500) million ID to improve the camp.
He explained that "Doctors Without Borders organization, in cooperation with the World Refugee camp runs a private hospital."
He added "we seek in the coming days, and in agreement with a local TV station to broadcast a special program to help Syrian refugees," / End
