Four policemen killed and two civilian wounded in Tikrit.

Tikrit / NINA / four policemen were killed and two civilians were injured, when a roadside bomb went off east of Tikrit, late hour yesterday.

A police source in Salah al-Din told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that "an explosive device went off near a police checkpoint in the district of Tuz Khurmatu east of Tikrit, killing four policemen and wounding two civilians were present at the time of the explosion." / End
