Heavy security measures around Abo Ghraib Prison, Baghdad-Anbar road closed

Ramadi (NINA) – Police said that military and police force are heavily deployed on Thursday evening, Aug. 2, around Abo Ghraib Prison in anticipation that gunmen might attack the prison.

The source told NINA that a large military and police force are been deployed around Abo Ghraib Prison since 9:00 pm Thursday closing the Baghdad-Anbar road.

He added that the deployment comes in fear of possible attack against Abo Ghraib Prison. / End.
