BAGHDAD / NINA / MP, of Iraqiya coalition, Ahmed Al-Alwani asked the government to provide protection due to threats that he received, because of his criticism to Secretary General of Hezbollah Hassan Nasrallah.
Alwani said in a press statement: "we heard that, there are some parties were provoked because of our statement, which presents our personal view, therefore they threat and intimidate, ordered by outside agenda parties."
He added: "This uncivilized position presents double standard, we have seen earlier, when MP emerged and exposed to a well known religious symbol, but we have not seen or heard a single word."
It is mentioned that, MP, Ahmad al-Alwani described, in a television interview, the Secretary General of Hezbollah Hassan Nasrallah as a liar. / End
