Karbala / NINA / MP, from Fadhila Party (the Virtue) Mohamed Hindawi described Peshmerga force's preventing to the Iraqi army to enter Sinjar and Tal Afar as "a clear constitutional violation."
He told the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / today "This is a clear constitutional violation that reflects the bad relationship between Kurdistan region and the central government."
He added: "It seems that this move is made deliberately by the President of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, to pressure the Central government to get a lot of privileges, including the issue of oil and gas, in a way he wants, as well as arming the Peshmerga."
It is worth mentioning that Peshmerga forces prevented, yesterday the Iraq army and federal police to enter the border areas with Syria in Nineveh. /End
