Baghdad / NINA /--Iraqiya Slate gathering in Diyala province called on the United Nations to assume its responsibilities and stop suffering of about two thousand Iranian refugees due to scarcity of water especially for potable after they have been moved from Camp Ashraf in Diyala to Camp Liberty in Baghdad.
The gathering said in a statement today that: "After the displacement of more than two thousand refugees from camp Ashraf to Camp Liberty, authorities did not stop hurting people who currently suffer from water scarcity despite the fact that the Iraqi government and the Special Representative of the United Nations have given promises to provide adequate water, But so far the promises have not been achieved with the severe summer heat in Baghdad and the population of the camp are on the verge of the month of fasting. / End
