Baghdad (NINA) – As part of the Strategic Frame Agreement, the American Embassy in Baghdad, through the USAID), signed a Memo of Understanding with the Office of the Prime Minster drawing headlines of American support to Iraq's efforts toward limiting administrative obstacles in Iraq's private sector.
A statement issued on Wednesday, July 18, by the Press office at the US Embassy in Baghdad, said that the Memo of Understanding allows the USAID to participate in Iraq's administrative reforms Project that will review and remove unnecessary measures that hinder the working sector and private investment.
Working groups will issue recommendations aiming to improve Iraq's private sector and expand investment in it through establishing private projects.
The statement pointed out that this is one of many projects supported by the American Embassy in Baghdad within the Strategic Frame Agreement aimed to support efforts by the Iraqi government toward improve the private sector. / End.
