Baghdad (NINA) – Turkish artillery renewed on Monday, July 16, bombarding border areas in Kurdistan region.
The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) web site quoted informed source saying that Turkish artillery bombarded a number of border areas in Seedkan district, Erbil province.
He pointed out that the bombing did not result in casualties, because residents have deserted the area in fear of repeated bombardment the area is being subjected to, asserting that the bombing caused in damages to ranches and farms. / End.
