Nechirvan Barzani: The region's policy is to encourage investment in agriculture, industry, tourism

Baghdad (NINA) – Prime Minister of Kurdistan region, Nechirvan Idris Barzani, said that the region's government policy is to care about investment and encourage it in the fields of industry, agriculture and tourism.

In a speech before a joint meeting of the Economic Council, which he presides over, and the region's investors, held on Sunday, July 15, Nechirvan Barzani said that the meeting intends to set a strategy for the region's government in build ithe region's infra structure in these sectors.

The meeting decided to form a committee charged with treating legal problems of projects in industrial, agricultural and tourism and to draw a draft law to be presented to Parliament, and to provide lands for approved projects, in addition to speed up allocating industrial areas in the region's provinces. / End.
