BAGHDAD / NINA / Hani Ashour, Iraqiya List adviser said that any talk about reforms will be in vain with the same circumstances surrounding the Constitution, which were the cause of a lot of political problems in Iraq.
He said in a press release today: "The basis of the reform must be through the Constitution, which a special article says that the constitution should be amended, but it had been overcome in recent years, after a lot of articles became the cause of the problems that do not find solutions, so any reform goes beyond the constitutional amendment will be a maneuver to gain time."
It is mentioned that the Iraqi National Alliance has formed a committee to prepare a paper of reform, presented to the political blocs. The president of the Alliance Ibrahim al-Jaafari later declared the completion of the reform paper. / End
