5 Soldiers killed, wounded in western Anbar

Ramadi (NINA) – Two soldiers killed and three others wounded on Tuesday, July 10, when a booby-trapped house exploded in western Anbar province.

Source at Anbar Operations told NINA that based on intelligence information, stating that there is a weapon and explosives cache inside a house in northern Anneh district, western Anbar province; when military force stormed the house it exploded killing two soldiers and wounding three others.

He added that a joint police and military force closed the area in anticipation that other explosives are in the area. / End.
