Baghdad (NINA) – Foreign Undersecretary, Labeed Abbawi, discussed with the Political Advisor at the British Embassy in Baghdad, Nicolas Abet, the relations between Iraq and Britain and Iraq's vision for solving the Syrian crisis.
A statement issued on Thursday, July 5, by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the meeting dealt with means to develop bilateral relations and the situation in the Arab area, as well as Iraq's vision for solving the Syrian crisis, being an active country in the Arab and regional issues, as well as a neighbor to Syria.
For his part, Abet expressed pleasure for the period she served in Iraq, looking forward for continued constructive cooperation between the two countries. / End.
