BAGHDAD / Nina / the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sader confirmed that questioning the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki is legal and constitutional, but the existence of differences and wrangling could hurt the Iraqi people.
Sader's office quoted him as saying in response to a question about his opinion about al-Maliki's saying " no questioning nor withdrawal of confidence but reform the Parliament " he said "The interrogation and withdrawal of confidence is a constitutional and legal, but with the disputes and wrangling that may harm the Iraqi people and his service and may be harmful somehow and that is all because the entire political process and democracy in particular is still emerging."
It is mentioned that the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said in a press conference after the meeting with the President of the National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jaafari on Sunday that: "No question, nor withdrawal of confidence only when the legislative institution is corrected ." /End
