BAGHDAD / Nina / Iraqi Vice President Khudair Khuzaie discussed with members of Arab Ambassadors Council in Canada the political events and the developments in the Arab region.
A statement by his Office said he stressed during the meeting, that political developments that Iraq is witnessing are internal matter and all outstanding political issues will be resolved through dialogue and commitment to the Constitution, noting that "Iraq has become a big player in the Arab and regional arenas in solving many of the issues that concern Arab and international affairs ".
He added: "Iraq today is one of the economic nations', which has a bright future in the field of reconstruction and investment, and the Iraqi government is trying to overcome all the difficulties in front of international investment companies to enter Iraq,"
From his side , the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps in Canada the Yemeni Ambassador Khaled Bahah welcomed Khuzaie's visit to Canada, expressing his thanks and appreciation of the members of the Arab Ambassadors Council in Canada for this visit and praised the success achieved by Iraq in the last meeting of the Arab summit in Baghdad. / End
