Lt. Col. Ahmed Mohammed the media spokesman of Karbala police told / Nina / Today /: "As a result of the movement of the large numbers of visitors who come to the city a ban was imposed on vehicles and motorcycles within the city center.
He added:" The ban includes private vehicles and / Kia/ trucks that transport citizens within the city center as well as the motorcycles. "
He noted that the ban excludes the vehicles of the Holy Shrines that transport visitors and citizens within the city center.
It is mentioned that the operation command of Karbala started applying a security plan since three days ago in which more than 29 thousand members of the army, police and other security services to protect the city and visitors from any terrorist attacks during the visit half of Sha'ban. / End
