The son of local council member kidnapped in Rawa.

Anbar / Nina / An armed group kidnapped the son of the head of the local council member of Rawa western Anbar province.

A source in the local council of Rawa told the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency / Nina / "The armed elements driving a civilian car kidnapped Othman Isam al-Rawi, son of the local council member of Rawa, while he was heading to work at a cement plant west of Anbar and took him to an unknown place."

The source added that "the reasons and motives of the kidnapping have not known yet, the army and police launched wide campaign of search to arrest the kidnappers." / End
