Breaking news – Tow car bombs exploded in Tikrit

Tikrit / Nina / A police officer was killed and a policeman and ten civilians wounded when two car bombs exploded in Tikrit this morning.

A security source told the National Iraqi News / Nina /: "A car bomb exploded on a bridge of Tikrit when a police patrol passed, killing one officer and wounding a policeman."

The source added: "other car bomb exploded in the old garage of Tikrit, which led to the injury of ten civilians." / End
