6 Policemen wounded in Falluja

Ramadi (NINA) – Six policemen wounded, including an officer at the rank of captain, when an improvised explosive device went off on Tuesday evening, June 12, against a police patrol in northern Falluja, Anbar province.

Police source told NINA that an improvised explosive device emplaced in a garbage container went off when a police patrol went off wounding six policemen, including an officer at the rank of captain.

He added that police closed the area in anticipation that another IED is present in the area. / End.
