BAGHDAD / Nina / An economist expert said that the merger of governmental firms which have close or same specialization with appropriate conditions will enhance the local economy.
Majid Sori told the National Iraqi News Agency / Nina / today that "it is possible for the governmental companies belong to the ministries with the same or similar specialization to merge with each other to form institutions aiming to enhance the industry and economic sector in general."
He stressed that the picture of the process of integration must be accompanied with appropriate conditions and considered economic feasibility because the merger will lead to expand the powers of the companies. / End
