Baghdad (NINA) – Turkey expressed its readiness to cooperate fully with Iraq in the field of up grading the performance of Iraq's security organization.
During his meeting with Interior Undersecretary, Adnan al-Asadi, on Thursday, June 7, Turkey's Ambassador to Iraq, Younis Demirar, expressed admiration to the high capabilities of Iraqi security members and their ability to command security and stability, according to a statement by the Interior Ministry.
It added that Asadi discussed with Ambassador Demirar a number of security issues, asserting the capabilities of Iraq's security agencies and their successes against terrorism.
Asadi pointed out Iraq's keenness to establish the best of relations with all countries, especially neighboring states and the region's countries for the good of their people. / End.
