Baghdad / NINA /-- Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi said in a statement bublished by his temporary press office today : "The issue of detention of Laith al-Dulaimi , member Baghdad Provincial Council , under fabricated charges of terrorism launched a coup de grace on the sloped of will and paralyzed judiciary .
The statement coated al-Hashemi as saying : " This confirm again the government lies when was denying each time the authenticity of international reports on human rights in Iraq on the one hand and the accurate information that we had several times warned of on the other hand about the politicization of the judiciary and the absence of justice.
It’s noteworthy to mention in this context that media’s outrages showed Laith al-Dulaimi, screaming during a conference that the confessions he made were extracted under torture . / End
