Baghdad / NINA /--Secretary-general of Nasirist Socialist Vanguard Party Abdul Sattar al-Jumaili ,said : "President Jalal Talabani’s waving to resign stems from disappointment sense to bring the political process to a success .

He added in a statement to NINA : "The best solution to get out of the current intractable problems is an Iraqi national reconciliation between all Iraqis at home and abroad, noting that this solution is far from being concertize at least at this moment/ End
