Tribal Sheikh wounded south of Mosul

Mosul (NINA) – Sheikh Rasheed al-Zaidan, of Lihaib Tribe, in Niniveh province, wounded when an improvised explosive device went off on Monday evening, south of Mosul.

Security source told NINA that an improvised explosive device emplaced on the side of a street in Qayara district, 60 km south of Mosul, went off when Sheikh Zaidan was passing by, causing him to suffer from various wounds, he was taken to hospital for treatment. / End.
