Baquba / NINA /-- Two soldiers wounded in a bomb explosion that targeted their patrol north of Baquba capital of Diyala province today.

A security source said to NINA reporter : “ An explosive device was planted on the side of the main road linking al-Khalis and alAghaym districts north of Baquba exploded targeting an army patrol and resulted of injuring tow of its elements .

He added that military force rushed to the scene and cordoned off the area while the injured were taken to a nearby medical center for treatment. / End
