Talabani discusses with Iranian delegation cooperation in media

Baghdad (NINA) – President Jalal Talabani discussed on Monday evening, May 14, with a delegation from Iran's Radio and Television Authority, headed by Sayed Izzatallah Dhirghami, cooperation in the field of media.

The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) web site said that in the meeting cooperation in the cultural and media fields, such as starting training courses and exchange of experience, as well as making use of specialists in the media and technical fields.

For its part, the Iranian delegation expressed readiness to cooperate and offer aid to the need of Iraq's media centres.

Iran's Ambassador to Iraq, Hassan Danaei Far, attended the meeting. / End.
