Cabinet Secretariat directs granting priority to employ the ones on a contract

Baghdad (NINA) - Legal Department of the Cabinet Secretariat directed in a letter to the Supreme Judicial Council, ministries, and departments not related to Ministry to give priority to employ the employees on contract, excluding the term of age for those who were on contract in the past years.

A statement issued by the Secretariat today said "the contract period is counted for the purposes of retirement for all those employed 9/4/2003, according to the provisions of Article 18 / 5th of the Budget Law No. 22 on 2012."

He pointed to the need to stop the appointment on contract for this year, stressing the importance of announcing of the new jobs created in 2012 in the local newspapers. /End/
