Baghdad (NINA) - Chairman of the Iraqi National Olympic Committee, Raad Hamoudi, said "the dream of qualifying to the football World Cup in Brazil is not difficult if all the things that contribute in the team’s readiness before the Asian final qualifiers."
He said in a press statement "the persistence and determination are presence in the team and we have elite of players, who enjoy good experience, and this makes us trust our players’ technical and physical capabilities to assume the task significantly and achieve the dream of reaching the finals."
Hamoudi said "but all depends on the strategy that the Brazilian coach Zico will be using and the extent of susceptibility of the football federation to implement the strategy fully, and this makes us as an Olympic committee and responsible for the sports affairs to strive to provide all kinds of financial and moral support to achieve the wishes of Iraqis.” /End/
