Al-Hakim said, during his meeting with a group of sheikhs and notables of Bani Hajim tribes in the Mudhif of Sheikh Bassem Al Masir Al Mohsen, today, Friday, in Muthanna, that “the 20th revolution established the duality of religious authority and the Arab clans, and Islam was preserved by these two titles in addition to the Husseini rituals.”
He added, "Iraq is witnessing a state of vast reconstruction and development," praising the reality of Muthanna and the size of industrial and development projects and investment opportunities there. He also appreciated the position of the tribes supporting industrial and agricultural investment, as this makes Muthanna a pillar of stability and the future in Iraq, noting that "the agreements concluded with Turkey would address water scarcity.”
Al-Hakim called for spreading hope, optimism and positivity, warning of a media machine that wants to demonize everything and show that democracy is not suitable in Iraq.
He stressed: “The region’s view of Iraq is positive and is in contrast to the Iraqis’ view of themselves, and that Iraq is moving on the right path as long as balance and representation of the components are maintained, and as long as the people of the provinces are empowered in their provinces.”/End
