He pointed out the necessity of referring projects to reputable companies to complete them with high quality and acceptable costs, and to accompany the project with a timetable for work, completion, what has passed and what remains,” praising “the investment environment in Muthanna and the provision of its appropriate atmosphere, which made it a destination for investors.”
He warned of the decline in oil prices, calling for the search for alternatives, stressing that the future cannot be mortgaged on volatile oil prices.
Al-Hakim called for paying attention to strategic projects, including the Jemima port, which changes the reality of the governorate, indicating “the importance of the development road and its contribution to the development of Al-Muthanna Governorate.”
