BAGHDAD / NINA / MP, of the Iraqiya coalition, Liqa Wardi survived an assassination attempt by an improvised explosive device in Fallujah eastern Anbar province today 15, Dec.
She told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that "The explosive device, placed inside a waste car, exploded at eight o'clock in the morning today near her home in the eastern city of Fallujah, Anbar province."
Wardi added that "there is information since yesterday pointed the presence of one of the fugitives, which led to case of high alert in the city."
About the details of the incident, she made it clear that "The waste collection vehicle passed through the street, where I live and then entered the house to take the waste, a minute after that an explosion occurred," indicating "No one was hurt by the blast." / End
