Kurdistan MP: Kurdistan's Military delegation will ask to cancel Tigris operations.

BAGHDAD / NINA / MP, of the Kurdistan Alliance, Hassan Jihad said that the Kurdish delegation will present the subject of canceling the Tigris Operations Command during the meeting, which will be held today at the Ministry of Defense with military leaders in the federal government.

He said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that "The Kurdish Military delegation will also discuss the subject of the media truce and stop building up military forces for both sides in the disputed areas, and activate the Joint Coordination Committee after the cessation of work in the past period."

Jihad, also a member of the security and defense committee in the parliament said that "The security agreement, which was signed earlier in 2009 between the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Peshmerga, include the leadership of the Iraqi military Division (12) in Kirkuk, and the leadership of fifth division in Diyala, with the Peshmerga forces in the disputed areas."/ End
