Maliki, Jafari discuss the crisis with Kurdistan region, calming efforts

Baghdad (NINA) – Leader of the National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jafari, receive on Thursday evening, Nov. 22, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.

Source that the Reform Trend said, "Jafari and Maliki discussed the crisis with Kurdistan Region, and the efforts for calm that some political sides are doing.

Earlier in the evening, Maliki discussed with Speaker of Parliament, Usama al-Nijaifi, results of Nijaifi's talks, earlier in the day, with the President of Kurdistan Region, Massoud Barazani, on means to solve the crisis and calm tension between the Region and Center. / End.
