Arbil / NINA /--Three civilians wounded by Turkish warplanes shelling on border areas of Iraqi Kurdistan Region today .

A familiar source said in a press statement: “ Turkish warplanes bombed last night different areas of mountain Qandil.s foot , wounding three civilians, in addition to causing damage to property and causing panic among the population.

The Turkish artillery and war aircraft shelled adjacent border areas under the pretext of pursuing elements of the PKK. / End
