Baghdad (NINA) – Leader of the National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jafari, said that it is time to overcome the crisis that threatens Iraq's safety and attempts to implant seeds of division with national unity.
In an address to the Iraqis and Moslems issued by the NA's Media Bureau on Sunday, Aug. 19, on the holly Fitr Eid, Jafari said that the aspects of corruption in some of the state's agencies require us all to seriously rectify them.
He added that all patriotic forces are called upon to adopt a mechanism of reform based on constitutional means to build the new state based on trust and work to achieve improvement in the citizens' standards of living and improve services, as well as realize security and stability.
Jafari pointed out to what the area's countries are being subjected to that resulted in the fall of regimes of injustice, require us to protect these achievements for conspiracies by the enemies against the whole nation united by religion, history and geography, as well as common interests. / End.
