3 Civilians killed, 11 wounded in car bomb explosion, 2 police vehicles set on fire in northeast Baghdad

Baghdad (NINA) – Three civilians killed and eleven others wounded when a car bomb exploded on Thursday evening, Aug. 2, in an outdoor market in Hussainiya area, northeastern Baghdad.

Police source told NINA that a car bomb, parked in an outdoor market, exploded it caused also in damaging a number of shops.

He added that in response to the incident, civilians clashed with police setting two police vehicles on fire. / End.
